My stay at Lotte Hotel World was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, granting direct access to Lotte World and being close to various shopping options. However, the room felt a bit dated and smaller than expected, which dinged my overall experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which certainly helped balance some of the shortcomings.
